Smells AMAZING
5I used the old one all the time when doing yoga and this one smells even more amazing. Great at putting me in relax mode and helping to de-stress after a long day. Would 100% recommend.

Calm spritz
4It's really hard to describe this body and room spray, as it's hard to target who may like it. I start appreciating this spray quite late, at first I had to wear something to soften the notes. Mio Liquid Yoga Space Spray can be spray over your body as a mist, your pillow/bed sheet or room to help you calm and relax. It has a natural hearty and herbal scent; at first, I tough it reminds of eucalyptus but there's none. the spray contains instead other essential oils, cannabis oil and also Ganoderma lucidum, which by experience I found impressive. It's not a no for me, but not everyone would like it or find essential...

Part of my daily routine
5This product has quickly become a huge part of my daily routine - I spritz it over my sheets when I make my bed in the morning and on my pillow before I sleep every night. I also keep one at my desk at work for a 3pm "pick-me-up" when I start getting antsy. I love it so much, and can honestly say it's the best space spray I have ever used.

Amazing Spray!
5I absolutely love this spray! It smells wonderful and is truly so calming. I spray this on my pillow before bed every night and honestly sleep so much better because of it. Also great for spritzing around the house when working from home!

My Favorite Space Spray!
5This is absolutely my favorite space spray I've ever tried! It contains essential oils and it instantly puts me in a more relaxed mood. It smells amazing and I love to spray it before or after I workout at home as well as by my desk during a stressful day at work.
