AMAZING!!
5This Mio Liquid Yoga Space Spray gifted by Mio Skincare is amazing! I don't know how I didn't learn of this product sooner. It has been my go to for de-stressing. I am instantly relaxed and am able to refocus on my tasks. Buy it! You're going to love it!

Lovely
5This was gifted by Mio Skincare. I really enjoyed and have told all my friends about this wonderful product. This liquid yoga spray smells like heaven. This spray has such a relaxing aroma. It is great to wear as a body mist all over or just on your pressure points. Just spray and enjoy. The essential oils make me feel at peace and relaxed all day. I sprayed it on my pillows before I went to sleep. My sleep was the best sleep I have had in a long time. When I woke up I woke up refreshed and feeling renewed. I definitely love the scent and how it lasts all day long.

Smells amazing
5I really love this calming spray by Mio. It has a nice fresh scent. There is an aromatheraphy blend of lavendar, peppermint, lemon, mandarin and eucalyptus oils. A blend of Canibis seed oil for calming. Cocoa been oil for its up lighting properties. I’ve been spraying this in the room and on my pillow/sheets at night and has been wonderful. A light refreshing slightly citrus scent. I like it. This spray was gifted by Mio Skincare

great for yoga
5I received this Liquid Yoga Space Spray complimentary from mioskincare. This is the first time I use this kind of product which is calming and refreshing when doing yoga. I love the scent and the spray is fine and great to use.

great smell
5I received this as complimentary from Mio Skincare. I do yoga every week, especially after COVID I do more of it to help me concentrate and calm down. This space spray has a strong lavender smell and it helps me to have a pleasant aroma around me while trying out new gestures. It comes in a large bottle so I don't have to worry about running out too quickly.

Beautiful smell!
5I was given this complimentary from mio skin care in exchange for my honest review. Let me start by saying I absolutely love the fragrance of this period it is so beautiful and calming I spray it all over my bed when it's time to go to sleep. I'm not into yoga much but I knew that this would help me feel calm and restful at night and it does just that

Smells awesome
4I received this complimentary from Mio Skincare. This is my fist time trying a yoga mat spray. As I read more about it I realized it’s not just for yoga mats and that intrigued me to try it. You can use this as a room spray, body spray, even to spray on your pillow at night to help you sleep and relax. And that last one is what I did. While this didn’t work immediately for me, by about day 4 I was noticing that I was falling asleep easier. I wasn’t as restless. So I could definitely see this as a great yoga product as well.

Love this so much it’s my saviour !
5I got given this years ago now it’s the most go to product I own I suffer with bad anxiety and I swear this saves me most days!! It’s so calming helps me sleep helps me relax ... it’s very portable so so so handy! Had the bath soak before as well and it just grounded me too!

Calm spritz
4It's really hard to describe this body and room spray, as it's hard to target who may like it. I start appreciating this spray quite late, at first I had to wear something to soften the notes. Mio Liquid Yoga Space Spray can be spray over your body as a mist, your pillow/bed sheet or room to help you calm and relax. It has a natural hearty and herbal scent; at first, I tough it reminds of eucalyptus but there's none. the spray contains instead other essential oils, cannabis oil and also Ganoderma lucidum, which by experience I found impressive. It's not a no for me, but not everyone would like it or find essential...

So calming
5Love the combination of lavender and peppermint. Such a refreshing smell. I spray this around myself for instant calm or on my pillow at night before I go to bed. Instant relaxation!
