1. T pushups (chest and abdomen): Start in a normal pushup position with your hands placed under your shoulders; hold plank position for a few seconds. While your body is up, twist your torso towards the ceiling and raise your right hand to the sky. Do 2 sets of 15 on each side.
2. Lateral leg circles (hips and thighs): Kneel on a mat with your left knee against a balance ball and with the right leg extended. Lift the right leg straight out and slowly make small circle movements in each direction with your lifted leg and then switch sides.
